What is a Challenge Group?

A Challenge Group is an online Facebook Group used for support and encouragement for your fitness, nutrition and weight loss goals. This group helps you stay on the right track everyday and holds you accountable. Accountability has been proven to increase your changes of seeing the absolute best results!

You will be exposed to several other people who are doing the same fitness program as you, which will offer amazing peer-to-peer motivation. 

You will meet new friends, share and find new recipes, share & receive tips, motivate and encourage each other, set goals and have fun. 






You will get access to me as your Beachbody Coach! I will share my tips and secrets. I will help to pick out a fitness and nutrition program based on your needs. I am there everyday checking in, commenting, sharing, encouraging, supporting and answering questions. 

A Challenge group only takes up a few minutes each day to check in and you can comment, share, learn and ask whatever you want. It's also fun to see what everyone else in the Challenge group is doing and how they too are progressing. We motivate and learn from each other. "We are Stronger Together". 






What are the Requirements to Join the Challenge Group?
